We Offer Refunds For
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
Because every piece is printed on demand just for you, we're not able to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind or wrong size ordered — but if something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we've got you covered.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Just email us at madronaprints@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (a photo helps too, if you have one). We'll take it from there.
